China raises copper pipe export tax rebate to 9% - 19 Nov, 2008
Chinese Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation have further confirmed the commodities range enjoying export tax rebate today, with that for refined copper pipe with diameters of 25mm will be raised up to 9% as of December 1st.

The report posted on the central government's website has not given the ongoing tax rebate for refined copper pipe, but traders said it was 5%.

State Council has earlier announced to further lift up the export tax rebate on labor-intensive, electromechanical and other products suffering losses, effective as of December 1st. And 3,770 types of products have been covered in the move, taking up 27.9% of the total export products.
