According to the index pricelist issued by the Jordanian Chamber of Industry in cooperation with steel mills in Jordan, rebar quotes in Jordanian markets have been stable during this week after the rise in prices seen last week. These prices are effective for one week as of Monday.
Applicable rebar ex works price ranged between JOD 420 per tonne to JOD 435 per tonne grade 40 and JOD 454 per tonne to JOD 470 per tonne when adding 8% of tax on sales.
According to the index list, EXW price of rebar grade 60 remained without change around JOD 425 per tonne to JOD 440 per tonne. Thus, after adding tax on sales, the price shall range between JOD 459 and JOD 475 per tonne.
